  1. california would be a civilized democracy if it were independent. but it's not, so usa losers tend to move to cali, for the social services that they don't get in their state of birth. this puts a heavy strain on cali tapayers, who might reasonably complain of injustice. the cure is secession. the whole west coast should leave. maybe sign a mutual defense pact with prc? otherwise the dc orcs might go to war to reclaim the golden goose.
