the bad news is, voters are misled. the good news is, nothing new here. voting for people is absurd, "you never know what yer gonna get" was the way tom hanks put it. just think of how many voted for dubya cause he was a cowboy. or voted for obama because he was gonna change things. but if you are dim enough to put up with voting for people, you can't expect to be looked after by those saints in politics, because real news- they ain't yer friends.
