  1. if a nation can command the young and healthy to enter combat, why can they not tell health care professionals to serve when it's dangerous? if a nation hires mercenary soldiers, as usa does nowadays, why are health care workers more sacred?

  2.  @sherlockfan2000  in fact, soldiers are occasionally told to run at mg positions when tanks aren't available. first responders are occasionally under-gunned. you fight with what you got.
