  1. be kind to truck drivers. on the other hand, don't let them direct national policy. that's the thing about not having democracy - unhappiness has no formal resolution process, and truck drivers get to thinking they should have some special power. hell of a way to run a nation. before you know it, it will spread to the army thinking they should direct policy. maybe they already do?
