  1. there is no 'selling out' of democracy, because usa was never a democracy. since the people of usa are incapable of democracy, they cover their weakness with excuses about boogeymen. democracy only happens rarely, it needs citizen quality people that do not flourish in elite rule societies. any nation can have democracy, as soon as a sufficient number of people demand it, gun in hand. no shortage of guns in usa, severe shortage of citizens.
