  1. in a democracy, you don't have politicians.* you don't need them, they are a parasite left-over from the days when kings, dukes and barons ruled in europe. the public service runs the nation, under direction from the citizens through referendum, and initiative. this is an obvious good idea,. but it needs citizen-quality people.... * already, you see one advantage of democracy. getting rid of politicians is like getting rid of tape-worms.
