  1. that would be never. but don't blame trump, he is just another milestone on the history of the usa. dubya cost you more, in money and reputation. i suspect truman set usa on the path to decline, by alienating china and vietnam, but likely he had little choice. usa was created for the rich, madison boasted about it and had ample cause. the degenerate souls in the senate have some resemblance to the ancien regime that inspired the french revolution, so there is that much hope for the usa.
