  1. usd has been a scrap of myth for years. half the disposable income of the government is directed to military ends, and half of that ends up in elite share-holdings, off-shored, no doubt. it's like a nation of victims of bureaucrat vampires. by comparison, prc is switching to digital currency passing through bank of china with every transaction. their government can steal from itself, but no one else can steal at all. you might think an educated electorate could get democracy, and use it to make grand crime impossible. but usa chumps seemingly lose the power of active thought shortly after birth. i blame those inoculations every child must have. a nation of zombies.
