  1. biden is not hard to dupe. the political process has delivered a trump, followed with a biden, and is clearly not delivering competent people to office. i am tempted to say 'decline and fall,' but usa history has other incompetents in office, it's really just business as usual. usa has flourished through geography and resources, without any need for competent direction. but the world is smaller now, and resources are diminished. you can't afford dimwits and senility. the usual solution is military rule.
