  1. why tell the dnc what they should do? because you don't have any power to tell the dnc what to do. they do what is best for them. no advice asked for. why tell them? because it's a surrogate for democracy. i'll pretend i'm a citizen, and you pretend your opinion matters, and we both will feel like adults in a democracy. this is so much easier than actually getting democracy. getting democracy is hard. it's for grown-ups, in a nation of political adolescents. filled with opinions, but no power.
