they are their for themselves. saints seldom go into politics. never complain about the quality of politicians. the problem is the quality of people who allow them to rule.

the 'leaders' are a reflection of the 'followers.' and stop blaming the republicans. the rot began with the establishment of the constitution. if yer unhappy with the way things are going, visit sweden and discover what can be done in a civilized nation. come back and start a revolutionary party. modern china began with a dinner party of 12 men, and a nation in dire need of change. why can't you do better?

i wonder why people sit in front of a screen, discussing the loss of privileges* and are not moved to act? many states have a democratic constitution, due to the real progressive movement, circa 1900, so you might imagine the possibility would cross the mind of some people. but no. the national mindset appears to be the hopeless submission of slaves. ^you have privileges, which your superiors may ignore or change. rights are the freedoms of the sovereign class, the elite and their agents in government. ordinary people can only have rights in a democracy, which the usa is not, because the ordinary people are the sovereign class.
