"we, the citizens, proclaim that we are the masters of our nation, and every public act and law is effective when we assent in referendum, or when we command, through initiative." good start, eh? this sort of nation is called 'democracy.' there will be more in this constitution, but it establishes the fundamental power - the citizens rule. that's what democracy means, did you know that? don't worry about fascism, you had it all along, you call it 'americanism.'
