  1. usa was constructed to be a 'fascism' at birth. nowhere in the constitution is there 'democracy,' 'referendum' much less 'citizen initiative.' usa was intended to be ruled by officeholders in collusion with rich men, and look around you, what do you see? if you refuse to acknowledge reality, you are not serious about changing it. indeed, one can reasonably see cynical exploitation of the ill-educated people who were told they have democracy in school.
