  1. usa has been printing money since nixon, eventually people lose interest in thei usd. the rise of china creates an alternative. nothing to do with the fed, which cannot balance an economy that does not make things. trump may well be the catalyst, since he is blank outside of his personal welfare. think rhino in a china shop. but once again, trump is not the problem- the problem is the constitution. it permits people defective in character, intellect, education and experience to occupy the oval office, senate and house, and thereby direct the nation for their personal profit. i am not sure why the american people can not see the need for democracy, in recent years i have selected ' 'genetic defect' as the most likely explanation. but it could be defective education, supported by a quasi-religious regard for a document written to empower slave plantaion grandees to rule a nation of ignorant bumpkins.

  3.  @matthewcondie4052  barter is easy in a digital world, if nations have something to trade. and big contracts are being written in euros and yuan already. it won't be overnight, but usd already has serious competition.
