doesn't matter. trump came to power by formal, legal means, and seemingly no one in usa has twigged that this means it time for a new constitution. it's like watching 'the decline and fall of the roman empire' through a time-scope, with american subtitles. you keep getting mad, bad and dangerous incompetents for presidents, with a side-helping of rotten politicians in congress. then there's the degenerates in the supreme court. and people keep wondering how and why things are going so badly.
