  1. who will do the banning, and what will be their justification? the rulers might decide to preserve the planet, it is their garden, after all. they will have to force the ruled into compounds, and prune their numbers, in the end the logic demands extermination. do you have any alternate plan? no use talking about 'what needs to be done,' if you refuse to discuss 'how it will be done.'
