'our democracy' is in some danger, but that's because it's not democracy at all. because it's not democracy, it raises people who are not citizen quality. it also raises people who are told frequently they are inferior, and only seldom any use. such people cling to demagogues, and racism. usa will survive in some form, but until educated people admit they do not have democracy, they will not get it. they will have dictatorship, very likely. or the charade of elections will continue to soothe the people into submission to the rich, for awhile longer. but not much longer- standard of living will continue to fall, and the orcs proliferate, for there can only be one default state for a nation living in lies. reality will ultimately intrude.
