  1. well, compared to the democratic party, possibly true. in its final years, imperial byzantium had only 2 parties, greens and blues. and usa has reds and blues. neither empire had democracy, just contending factions of politicians. but a 'hate session' against the gop does simplify life, and saves both thought and constructive action. "down with gop! all hail glorious dems! " there, problems solved? the existence of political parties should shame you, since it exposes the political impotence and puerility of usa populace.
