well, it's nice that you are upset about the way things are going. but the general level of education and culture does not seem to be identifying causes and solutions. it should be pretty easy to see why things are not going well for most people. and you can rely on democracy to fix things- madison said it would, and went on to say that's why his constitution blocked democracy, as it visibly has. and there is the national psychosis: you refuse to admit that your society is not a democracy. presumably it would be too shameful. all the facts are evident, but remain outside usa public discussion.
