  3. you never had democracy, but as the pretense tatters, you naturally feel a bit nervous. be at ease, grasshopper. a generation or two of ancien regime poverty will instill in your grand children a great deal more spine than your parents gave you. the royal blood will flow, and the generals will restore order in the resulting national slum.

  4. depends. if you thought mussolini was a dictator, then yes. but anyone can speak back to trump. you just lose yer job. how much is that worth? and in fact, the general's union kept its guys safe when hitler was crossed in the early days of the war. trump isn't in that league. he knows he's a coward, his experience in personnel management is limited to saying 'yer fired!' probably enjoys it. health professionals are going to be in great demand for years to come, and 'fired by trump' will be a big plus on the cv.
