  1. as long as the usa empire is threatening them, or venezuela, with bombs, murders or invasion, why would they prepare for peace? while the usa exists, the whole world must prepare for war, and anyone with a supply of oil is in danger. except the saudis, of course--- they have bent the knee long ago.
