  1. so they stay home. who is hurt? themselves, if education will do them any good, by no means certain. their parents have to go to work, or no pay. capitalism! the flower of human civilization. are people in usa more stupid than others, so that the value of socialism escapes them? very possibly. a lifetime of bs about 'rugged individualism' creates functional stupidity. more directly, law and custom make change impossible. a society locked into dysfunctional behavior has no future. perfectly willing to watch the crash, but please, don't wreck the planet on the way out?
