if you are parsing the speech of a sociopath in the highest office, you have made him more important than he is. politics in the usa is kibuki,; politician and civilian are both caught in the myth. imagine living in a society which makes it possible for a trump to influence public affairs. if you were sane, you'd be ashamed. we used to laugh at the dark ages, characterizing them as times and societies where churchmen counted angels on pinheads. counting trump's lies is in that neighborhood, with much less excuse.
