if she meant, "you need a new constitution," well done! but that isn't going to happen. madison put the rich in charge, he admitted it, and there is nothing to be done without revolution. the people of the usa could compel the establishment of democracy, if they were citizen quality people, but they aren't. the most they aspire to is finding a politician who can and will deliver on the empty promises issued in campaigns. simply because this charade never delivers, it is apparent that the people of the usa are mental defectives. or maybe they know they will be dudded, but hope pretending to belief will at least protect them from contempt at cowardice.
