  2. about the time the first copper was smelted, the plundering of earth's resources began. fast forward 5000 years, and 'capitalism' doesn't even pretend to sustain air, water or people. and every society with an elite is pretty much the same. homo sapiens is a grave danger to itself. biden is probably more dangerous than trump, his recent attack of ozimandias' disease should end any notion of usa suddenly lurching towards civilized behavior. fortunately, china is coming up fast--- they may save us.
