  2. the thing about rotten government is, it doesn't confine itself to the powerful. every part of society is infected. coppers have power, and are easily infected. a nation filled with guns, to defend the people from corrupt government, is unable to act, because guns are useless without organization. so the guns are only tools of murder, in or out of uniform. the only cure is revolution, but that needs character not present in usa society. just another banana republic.
