  1. reagan was dim when he entered office, and got worse as he went, with alzheimers. if commonplace is mediocre, usa education has made a nation of dimbulbs. but obama was bright enough, a giant in that crowd, and what did he achieve? the system was designed for stasis, and has been successful in that goal. when you don't want change, trump, biden, reagan and obama, are interchangeable.
