  1. usa could have democracy, if most people wanted it. very easy: threaten your politician, politely. but most people don't want democracy- they don't even know what it is. so that's why you don't have it. basically, usans are serfs. not all of course, but most. homer sap is not naturally suited to democracy, and it rarely occurs. a few of the usa states would be democracies, if independent, but they are not independent and so in the federal sphere, as serf-like as any alabaman. among nation states, helvetia is a democracy, but corrupted and corroded by their oligarchic neighborhood. claiming democracy, of any nature, is hypocrisy, is out-right lie, is political propaganda. see 'newspeak' and 'doublethink' for a simple description of what has been done to you. trump is not your problem. your problem is you, and mr. hartmann. he implies that democracy is possible, and you hope that removing trump will fix something. sorry, nope, and nope.
