  1. why look for a dream? china is flowering, a combination of good national management and decaying western competition. elite rule ensures that corruption and entitlement will do there just as elsewhere, but for now, it's the best human society can present. no dream involved, just history re-enacted in the latest hot-spot. the scandis, and finland, have better long-term prospects, through socialism, and a warming earth will be welcome there. if humanity has any long-term hope, dream in norwegian.
