  1. why do no public figures in the usa mention that the nation is not a democracy, and that rule by political parties is just a form of aristocracy? both parties are just political gangs whose only constant feature is to reward the members by looting the public treasury. why does the usa populace endure these parasites? they have heard of democracy, some states would be democracies, if independent, and still the people do not revolt. one of the features of non-democratic societies is apathy in the people, who never learn to respect themselves.
