  2. voting for politicians is not democracy: it is civil war, with bullets replaced with ballots. mayor pete is light on plans and programs, because he is honest, and saw what happened to obama. usa was designed by people on top, and they wanted stasis. so nothing will happen until house, senate and oval office want it to happen. the supreme court might still block progress. the people of the usa live in fantasy land, if they imagine a personable and intelligent president can save them. nothing can save them, but an act of god, or revolution. neither likely.
