  1. if you own a lot, or are making buckets, last thing you want is change of any nature. so change is driven by those who aren't happy with current situation. the cure is simple, get democracy, use citizen initiative to shape a society that suits the majority. simple is not easy. democracy is not natural, as we are not structured for co-operative behavior. but we either get democracy and socialism, or destroy the environment.
