  1. so lndia/usa practice military operations, and prc is the 'aggressive' one. prc has no need for aggression. their economy is the wonder of the age, china's cities are filled with parks and leading technology, and severe poverty has been largely eliminated. india, otoh, has every reason for posturing military activity. the comparison with prc should make indian people wonder why their politicians can not do as well.
