  1. india is balancing between usa and prc, and would be usa client if it was not evident that prc might, just, be the winner. seems unlikely, usa has that grossly over-grown military. but sometimes usa loses, to weaker nations, and it turns out that military strength is not the inevitable arbiter. and usa has laughable management., visible clown car. prc has plans and patience. if i were running india, i would give some thought to joining with prc in resisting the evil empire. by itself it would mute the usg aggression, the world would be a safer place. prc has shown it can lift its own people, and nation to the front rank of nations. it might do the same for india. but of course, this will never happen. indian politicians would fear for their power, and prc might not think indian politicians were friends worth having. they certainly haven't done much for india.
