strange, i seem to remember more indian soldiers carrying rifles, a few chinese carrying shovels. perhaps they were putting up border markers? and india thought in the wrong place? no matter. prc has been a pariah state from birth, as they do not worship wealth as the usa does, and currently, the indian government is trying to distract from the normal chaos of domestic politics with adventures in the mountains. a nuisance to prc, but no more. perhaps the usg will smile on them as a result. to be fair, indian foreign affairs are also chaotic. i wonder if the various ministers speak to one another? have a plan?
