  1. no amount of modification will turn an elephant into an automobile. the only society capable of rational performance is democracy. and you haven't got it, and either don't know you haven't got it, or don't want it. so you live in a primitivel society, driven by struggle for personal power. 3 people own half the wealth, and that is 'natural' to americans. in the face of that, squabbling about medical service is just substitution activity, pretending to be relevant.
