'defund' is just an expression of contempt. the militarized and brutalized police now in common view are only negative value to the bottom of usa society. someday, soon, open war will appear, flash attacks to allow looting, with bombs and snipers to discourage fast response. that's how revolution begins, not with learned discussion of socio-economic conditions but rather utilizing skills learned in foreign lands under usa uniform, public or private.
