  1. w.h.o. did investigate, early on, made no finding of 'escaped from lab.' recent re-opening is likely to be black ops warfare, supported only by assertion and bribery. doesn't really. matter. prc got on top of the virus, usa notably bungled. and several other nations bungled, or did well. the virus is a big problem, but good management makes a big difference. usa will pursue prc to hide their bungling. the takeaway is the the usg and its infra-structure public and private, is ineffectual and corrupt. in stead of maintaining 1st rate public health, you maintain a military grossly over-sized and frequently criminal. being banned might signify letting a little light shine on the evil empire, but letting a corporation decide whether to publish you is not necessarily a sign of public value.
