  1. prc has big problems, the largest are caused by economic warfare chiefly directed by usa. there are some internal problems resulting from that war which beijing must address, such as maintaining adequate employment and health services. but usa is in much worse condition, internally, and the largest military will not solve those problems, and is the source of those problems. not easy to see which will emerge as the hegemon in 10 years time, both, and human society generally, might crash with the climate crisis and and general war proving unmanageable.
