  3. anyone who imagines truth emanates from washington hasn't been paying attention for the last 230 years. the w. h. o. team went where they wanted to go, saw what they wanted to see, and were comfortable in saying that china had done well. the much less effective action in italy, iran, spain and particularly usa are not badly managed, because they are 'democratic.'
