  1. oh, say can you see...? cops are like this in many places, or even worse. but those places don't pretend to be a democracy. just a little insight into the land of the free. free range cattle, that is. turns out a serving army officer outranks a traffic cop. even if brown. easy to understand: your masters need cops, but they fear military.
