as soon as a ruler establishes himself by force, he begins to buttress his position with law and custom. only natural. can't get anything done in a society where a gunshot changes rulers and national direction. the same could be said about elections, assuming they are decisive and not merely decorative. measure xjp by what he accomplishes, not by what he says. so far, xjp is doing well, so well that already established rulers are nervous, and doing what they can to impede him and his nation. i am hopeful prc prevails, simply because i am well-acquainted with the world according to washington dc, and feel that view must be suppressed. they are looting the world in search of another dollar.
