  1. israel is a conquest society. they shot their way to power, although it was surprisingly easy. they had big dollars behind them, and tacit support of the usg. refusing to recognize israel is a moral position, simply because the remaining palestinians are treated worse than brown usans, and worse than brown south africans, under apartheid. they are a conquered people, and most of the world looks away.

  2. no one should recognize israel. they are a bandit nation. so is usa, so they get along very well. but both are bandit nations with nuclear weapons and good delivery systems, so public figures have to be polite. or so the rulers of nations are wont to tell us, since they will be the ones shot at if the bandits are greatly upset by frank truth. personally, i wish they were braver. i'm pretty sure the israelis would not shoot the leader of a western, developed nation. they have all the enemies they need, already.
