  1. china achieved a strong national government, of people determined to lift china into the front rank of nations. india is a collection of feudal fiefdoms of politicians whose only common characteristic is a burning desire to be in office. china reveres education, much of india reveres cows. the others have a fixation on a god with an elephant head. depends on which creature is pulling your plow, i suppose? china had communism, japanese occupation and usa investment. who would have guessed the result is contending with the usa for world domination? poor india only had animism and british occupation, neither of which greatly stimulated education or foreign investment. i believe modi is aiming at foreign investment, from usa, by acting as the local military stooge, in the struggle against prc. this plays to india's strong point, it is a practised military stooge, from long years of dying for the british crown.
