  1. xjp may well despise 'american democracy.' it is not democracy, at all. prc might be more responsive to the wishes and needs of its people, and they have recently claimed to have eliminated dire poverty in china. usa is more notable for the increasing numbers living in their cars, or under bridges. worse, they are quite unconcerned about it. democracy is a wonderful idea, so good that even n. korea is 'democratic.' in reality, only the swiss have come close, and they are losing it. homo not-so sapiens is not naturally suited to democracy, and it appears that ant colonies will be our future, if we have one.
