someone so reluctant to state his thesis probably hasn't got one of any consequence. china is rising by educating its people, making plans and executing them. india can not emulate this program for various cultural reasons, but might catch a ride by special treaties with china in areas of common interest. unfortunately, bjp is in control and incapable of managing even that much good sense.
