  1. since usa is placing nuclear weapons in finland, cuba is freed to host russian nuclear weapons. of course justice doesn't enter into this reality. rather, reality is that usa is no longer the world hegemon. cuba would profit greatly by joining with russia, and prc, in showing that the will of the usg no longer governs the world.
