  1. @Dustin Really? So he stole a dangerous weapon. Just demonstrated that he is willing to use the dangerous weapon. Now he is fleeing to where they officers can no longer guarantee the safety of the public from this armed dangerous man. Oh and realize that the taser can still cause irreparable harm even after fired.
