  2. EU is not going to open swift. If they open it, it is only because they have a plan of mischief behind, and will close it or find a way to block the money. Ukraine has few grains left, that can go via EU countries. Why get Erdogan they hate to profit from Russia grains and putin exporting his grain. If they ever start a deal again, we will talk in few weeks. Besides EU and the west do not give a damn about Ukraine anyway.
