ECOWAS does not have the means nor the strategy to conduct any surgical intervention. France will do its best to train, supply, but 20 Wagner guys will screw their plan 3. The populations in every ECOWAS country is against an intervention, and any failure of such an intervention will get the interventionist leaders in huge trouble at home, with their people and their military.
